Kansas City Star reviewer of the 2006 Wakarusa Festival cited the BDB as his favorite performance of the day. I've not been able to find the link, but I remember it clearly. I believe it was Tim Finn (not the one who was in Split Enz).
Wow, and I missed the festival! Only if I had known this wonderful band back then. They will continue to get good reviews every time they perform here.
It's worth sending a letter to the Pitch and the Star letting them know about the Knuckleheads show. The band was interviewed on KKFI as well back in 2006 or 2007, and one of the Blues programmers there might be interested as well.
Rev, thanks for the link to the chart! I've dug around, and it doesn't look like I can add the link to the Wikipedia article. If it's not the WikiPurists on one side, it's the Billboard lawyers on the other.
Found a broken link. On the Home page, the link to the 11" x 17" "Crack" flyer gets a 404.
