European Tour, Road Journal, and More!

Greetings Folks, We are about to embark on the European leg of this tour, and we couldn’t be more excited.  I know there are some towns we were not able to add over there just due to time contraints, so I hope that our pals over there can plan a road trip!  Fret not if you are in the USA, because when we return, we will be heading to the West Coast, then the East coast with some huge stops inbetween.  So check the schedule at for the full show schedule.

I used to do a photo road journal at the end of a tour.  They were really fun, but very time consuming.  I like logging the experiences, but I would much rather be pickin’ or outside than in front of a computer screen.  Recently I decided that instead our twitter/instagram is where that will live.  You definitely need to follow it, because it is in real time, it is fast, and it is easy as Sunday morning. – (@bigdamnband).  The photo above is from the twitter/instagram.  It is of a custom cigar box guitar built for me by Medicine Man CBG’s in Buffalo, NY.  What a beauty!

Thanks so much to those awesome fans who have been out to the shows so far on this tour.  It has been amazing.  I love the new record, and I love playing these songs.  Please continue to spread the word, share the Devils Look Like Angel’s video, and get tickets for upcoming shows.  We get by thanks to you.  I have felt a lot of love from our fans lately, and I just want to say that I promise to always bring you real, handmade, from the heart, organic music in return.

Thanks for all the support!

The Rev.

Rev, just been put onto your music by a banjo picking loony Irishman here in london, so will see you here next month @ The Water Rats as your obviously a LIVE band – more power to your arm great stuff

  • Ralf , Brussels

Went to the Big Damn band’s gig in Brussels yesterday. This bluesman rocks, even unplugged ! Have a great tour!

Saw ‘The Rev’ and his Bigdamn Band at the Tunnels in Bristol: can’t think of a sufficiently descriptive superlative for the experience.

Their presence is like a locomotive running through your space.
If Jules Holland doesn’t get them on ‘Later’ or bettet yet his ‘Hootenanny’- then the World holds no justice.

Hi guys, you probably won’t remember me but I was at your show in Dublin (I was the random girl who helped load the van after the gig with her two friends) anyway I just wanted to say how amazing you guys are and how happy I am to have found a new band to fall in love with…. Since the gig myself and my two friends have been passing around your cd to everyone we know and literally everybody has loved it. so you can be assured that if you ever stop off in Ireland again the fan base will have grown an awful lot. Never stop being awesome!

Hi Dears, I missed you in Munich – I am quite active with own music and booking of some other blues guys – any chance to work on an another concert in Munich or Germany?
